• Business Overview:
  The investor-grade, one page (front and back) business overview describes the business opportunity to lenders and potential investors in the professional style they require. You complete the brief questionnaire, and we do the rest!
• First-Step Financial Plan:
  We work over the telephone and Internet to create your strategies, tactics, and budgets for funding and growing your business for the next six to twelve months. The session usually takes from 60 to 90 minutes. Note: This process is for companies who are just getting started, have five or fewer employees / team members, and who have minimal revenues (if any). Companies who are further along will find greater benefit from the Next Step Growth Planning and Financial Modeling services.
• Six Executive Coaching Sessions:
  We work together so you make great decisions from the very start regarding Early Stage Sequencing, Team Building, and your Initial Funding.

• Phased Growth Strategy®:
  We collaborate to create your high-level growth strategy, your detailed Phased Growth Strategy®, and your financial model over 1.5 days, then we work together through a series of coaching sessions to execute the plans we create. You get a project plan to grow your business for the next 12-18 months. This is the perfect process for those companies with revenues less than $500,000 who are not currently raising capital.
• Six Executive Coaching Sessions:
  We work with you to help develop and implement goal achievement systems, address issues, challenges, and opportunities, and help you make the decisions you need to make and do the things you need to do to increase profits and enjoy your business more.

• Business Plan :
  We work with you to create an investor-grade, polished business plan (20-30 pages) using your words as much as possible. You complete our questionnaire, and then we work together to develop your growth strategies and financial models. We edit and proofread the plan, telling your story in a compelling yet professional way.
  
  This engagement includes six hours of financial modeling services, two hours of market research, and two reasonable revisions to your plan.
